Reino Mobil announces that it has recieved STAR certification from the California Smog Inspection Program.  In order to receive STAR certification a smog inspection business is held to a higher standard for test quality.  Reino Mobil has been a neighborhood business in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood of Newbury Park for many years and is happy to be part of the STAR program.
